Job description

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS/VIP FOR LUXURY RETAILER. OVERSEE LA METRO AREA. MUST BE IN LA  AND WORK ON SITE FULL TIME!

 

Lead primary objectives to drive client relations strategy for the West Coast region. Support and guide the stores team in order to build loyalty and relationships with clients as measured by retention, by increase in top customer spend and by sales of rare and exceptional categories with heavy focus on the high-end experience.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Partnership:

• Take active role in developing Store Managers, In-Store Client Relations/Development Leaders and Regional Events Manager, Metro Client Relations Manager in Client Relations competencies

• Partner with Regional, Corporate and Retail Partners to ensure Client Relations objectives are integrated into larger regional strategies and event concepts inclusive of driving the High-End experience

• Continuously identify & create innovative & unique events and experiences for our Clients that systematically surprise and delight them while exceeding expected event ROI

• Partner with Client Development on external partnerships for client prospecting

• Work with Client Development and Event Manager to help with maintenance of client profiles for the region’s high potential clients

Client Actions:

• Maintain productivity of all client actions and assess impact of all actions to maximize future ROI

• Take ownership and lead store teams in strategically targeting clients for each event, in order to support overall Client Relations objectives

• Ensure flawless execution and strong, targeted client attendance

• Capitalize on festive moments across all stores; execute small in-store actions to maximum sales

Private Client Relations:

• Develop and maintain activity of VICs/top clients and new high potentials

• Monitor VIC activity and company's experiences offered to top clients and new high potentials

• Partner with Corporate PR team to maximize global opportunities and ensure strong attendance from clients from your region at all international exceptional experiences

Regional Sales Objective:

• Support overall business by driving Client Relations strategies and objectives in the region

 

REQUIRED 

Education:

• BA required; MBA preferred Special Skills:

• Must have strong computer skills (proficient in PowerPoint and Excel)

• Analytical skills Work Experience:

• Minimum 7- 10 years relevant retail experience

• Multi-store Leadership experience
