One of our e-commerce and D2C retail clients is looking for a Director of Growth Media to join their fast-growing team for an exciting full-time role.

This Director of Growth Media will sit between the brand's media agency and internal creative team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand’s media strategy and planning initiatives.

The Director of Growth Media should be a passionate, data-driven digital media expert who is excited to lead growth marketing efforts and help guide the entire marketing funnel and customer acquisition strategy, specifically which channels are prioritized and how to effectively message at each step of the purchase funnel.

 

Ideal Director of Growth Media candidates will have:

- 5-7+ years of experience managing customer acquisition marketing channels and paid digital advertising (paid social/paid search experience required)

- DTC ecommerce experience

- Fully proficient in Google Analytics, Excel and other analytical tools

- Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to derive insights and
drive impactful business and marketing decisions

- Experience handling large scale campaign planning and optimization for both
performance and brand impact

- Experience working with creative teams to develop concepts, build briefs and
bring messaging to life

- Experience managing paid media programs that are held to a specific CPM,
CPA, LTV, ROAS KPIs

- Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals,
meet deadlines, pivot strategy and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively, with little
oversight or management

 

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Amazon Advertising and web tracking/attribution 

- Familiar with the emerging world of digital audio (podcast, radio, streaming, etc.) and OOO marketing experience

 

*Must be local to Denver, CO

**Remote, but with expectation to return to office at least 3 days per week
