Position: Director of Performance Creative100% Remote
Beauty/Wellness Client is seeking Director of Performance Creative with exceptional strategic thinking, data-driven creativity, and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaborative abilities, adaptability to emerging trends, and a hands-on approach to driving performance and innovation in our creative efforts.
Responsibilities:
? Lead the creative strategy and execution for paid acquisition channels, focusing on scaling and optimizing ad performance across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google).
? Develop and implement a systematic and data-driven approach to creative production, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-performing assets.
? Manage the recruitment and onboarding process of UGC creators, providing them with in-house written scripts and briefs to ensure content consistency with the brand’s direction.
? Write detailed briefs and scripts for influencers and UGC creators, tailored for paid usage and YouTube integrations, aligning with the brand’s tone and objectives.
? Collaborate closely with the marketing and analytics teams to identify trends, optimize creative assets, and test new concepts to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
? Manage a team of editors and external creative partners, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand’s direction and maintains a consistent voice and aesthetic.
? Leverage insights from performance data to iterate and refine creative assets, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines while driving performance.
? Drive continuous improvement by staying ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure company's creative approach remains innovative and effective.

? 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles, with a strong background in paid acquisition.
? Proven track record of creating high-performing ad creatives that drive significant ROI.
