Our client, a busy ad agency is looking for a Sr. Program Manager with ad agency experience. This is a freelance role through the end of the year that starts remote. Local candidates highly preferred as we will be returning to the office in a hybrid capacity in the next quarter.
This role is responsible for stepping in to ensure smooth processes and project delivery. Must to be able to work autonomously and navigate Sr. leadership. MUST have agency experience to understand the dynamics of agency teams
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Send agendas, schedule/coordinate/chase stakeholders (senior leaders within agencies), manage/update decks, work timelines, facilitating conversations, sequencing events/responsibilities, find/solicit content from various agencies, drive conversation, hold task owners responsible
- Client Service: Someone that can be client/external facing to work across business units to coordinate between sister agencies within the agency network. Navigate senior contacts within 3-5 assigned agencies
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and client facing skills
- Advanced negotiation and conflict management skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Office including Excel and Microsoft Project

Experience interfacing with external clients and working between agencies on large scale projects
- Experience working at “the network level”
- PMing work for high profile projects
- Client facing exposure / responsibilities
- Supporting / Navigating complex, large scale, Ex: fortune 10 accounts
Education and Experience
- Demonstrates progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment
- Agency or digital project experience required
- Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication skills are required
- Experience with risk management, change management, communications management
