Role Overview

Our client is a fast-paced Women’s Contemporary lifestyle Brand. The Collection encompasses RTW, dresses, contemporary bridal, athleisure active, swimwear, and coats, wellness, healthy lifestyle, clean beauty. They are looking for Director of Sales for their beauty division to join their clean beauty team.

This roles comes the opportunity to launch and grow the brands small existing beauty line and oversee global growth strategies. We are looking for someone who not only account management experience but also someone who is able to come in a sell the brand to both major and specialty retailers. We looking for a true entrepreneur!

Director Of sales Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have current relationships with beauty accounts domestic, Canada and International

• Develop, manage, and implement a growth plan for all accounts, Canada and International Business Analysis and Planning / Account Management

• Analyze selling on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis to identify opportunities to drive business

• Develop, consolidate, and communicate a comprehensive pre-season and end-of-season planning strategies

• Quarterly review best sellers and missed opportunity to present to

• Think of new, out of the box ways for managing each account growth

 

Director of sales Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of wholesale sales management experience

• Direct high level relationships retailers and ecom

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Strong product knowledge of the brand and the contemporary market

• Highly motivated and organized

• Strong leadership skills
