Job description
Our swimwear brand client is looking for an experienced Allocator, 3+ years of experience, to join our growing DTC Buying & Planning Team. This role will play an integral part in building out the allocation and replenishment function within the DTC business channel. They would also assist in merchandising the e-commerce site daily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all aspects of the replenishment business, for both DTC Stores & eCommerce
• Manage 365 product replenishment, taking into account sizing needs & model stocks
• Work closely with Production on delivery status recaps, understanding timing of all
product deliveries
• Work closely with eCommerce & Marketing on product launches; advise delivery
status of product to ensure marketing and new delivery launches aligned with
availability
• Maintain seasonal receipt reconciliations
• Manage Allocation Status Report by door & channel
• Aid with new store openings, advising availability of product based on total inventory
& sizing needs
• Merchandise the E Commerce store (Shopify is a Plus)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of prior experience in retail planning or allocation
• Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, results driven, high motivated, and autonomous
• Strong presentation skills
• Previous experience with RLM, Teamwork, & Shopify a plus
