Our client, a denim brand in Los Angeles is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a DTC Operations Specialist. This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about managing relationships, streamlining operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

  • Dynamic Responsibilities: Manage account relationships, support the sales team, and collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Work directly with production and the warehouse team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Keep everyone updated with the latest information on orders, inventory, and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Your top priority will be to communicate with accounts professionally and promptly.
  • Order Processing: Use AIMS to generate orders, invoices, and manage inventory and accounts receivable.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to fulfill orders and process returns.
  • Production Updates: Collaborate with production to get the latest on style status and incoming goods.
  • Shipping Coordination: Keep accounts and the sales team informed with shipping paperwork and tracking numbers.
  • Payment Processing: Work with factors to approve shipments, process past due payments, and troubleshoot issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years in Customer Service.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Excel, JOOR, and an ERP System.
Rate: up to $55K/annually 
Location: Must work on-site Monday - Friday
