Job descriptionOur client, a Los Angeles-based women's ready-to-wear fashion brand, is seeking an E-commerce Customer Experience Associate to cover a 6 month maternity leave.
This role is responsible for responding to all customer service enquiries in an appropriate, efficient and timely manner.
The team is looking for experience in customer service for high end fashion brands and in giving best in class customer service.
Experience in Gorgias, Shopify and Returnly is a PLUS!
Role is in office 5 days a week in DTLA, Hours are 8a-4p. You must be Fully Vaccinated + boosted (if not boosted must be willing to get boosted).
Rate: $22/hr DOE
