Full Time E-commerce Product ManagerHybrid On Site 4 days/ week in NYC Office
Target Salary: $80-$100k (DOE)

E-Commerce Product Manager Overview:
In this role, you will drive the e-commerce roadmap, own the front-end site journey, and manage backend software and third-party implementations. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation in retail and customer experience.
E-Commerce Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and execute the product roadmap for all e-commerce and digital product launches.
- Own UAT for the website’s critical path, new features, and functionality.
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform CRO enhancements, A/B tests, personalization efforts, and site upgrades.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, while communicating project status, risks, and post-launch performance to all stakeholders.
- Prioritize budget spend and own ROI analysis for new feature releases and third-party integrations.
E-Commerce Product Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial design, or a related field is ideal.
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping consumer digital products alongside designers and engineers.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, customer journeys, industry trends, and best practices.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Shopify.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Agile project management software
- Strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytics and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, and digital experience analytics like Heap, Fullstory, Content Square, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Familiarity with personalization platforms such as Dynamic Yield or Nosto.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
