Ecommerce Graphic Designer

Client Overview:

Our client is a ecommerce women's sportswear brand

The Graphic Designer creates and implements all needed website/social/email/advertising graphic design and brand creative needs. This role is ultimately responsible for the quality of the final creative work. The workload includes translating seasonal visual brand direction into seasonal designs, and execution across channels and platforms. This role is also responsible for sourcing and overseeing all printed production.


Responsibilities
• Work with Head of Editorial & Brand Content, Head of Design, Copywriter, and Social Media Lead 
• Create and execute all graphic digital, social, print, and experiential brand creative.
• Translate visual brand direction into seasonal campaigns across all required media.
• Source and oversee print production.
• Miscellaneous design needs as they arise.

Example projects
• Creating digital and/or printed look books
• Retouching and optimizing brand photos
• Ability to create digital assets (including photo, video/motion, animations, etc.)
• Creation of social assets (GIF’s, REELS, Stories, Animation)
• Gifting outreach collateral
• Event Collateral

Skills Needed:
Creative portfolio required for consideration.
• Must be a digital native and have previous experience working on retail/fashion or beauty brands
• Have a strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web
• Possess print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
• Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping
• Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash
• A strong interest in fashion, brand building, and creative communication.
• The ability to distill a big idea into a simple, creative execution.
• Experience with web, social, and print design.
• Knowledge of site maps, and user interface design
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise. Video editing skills are a plus.
