Our Client Overview:

Our client, a fashion/beauty brand, is looking for an eCommerce Manager to join their team. Manage e-commerce channel ensuring the brand meets and exceeds financial goals Create business reporting that can translate into action to drive the customer experience and business growth through KPI management and recommendations Ensure user experience is seamless across Desktop; this is a contract with the potential to go full time.

Requirements:

Mobile and Tablet Plan and implement monthly and seasonal creative changes to align with content strategy including homepage content, curated collections and blog content Manage product setup including visual assets, descriptions, alternate image tags, SEO copy, meta descriptions and automated product recommendations Collaborate with team on merchandising and monitor product performance and site analytics to measure the effectiveness and improve future performance Collaborate with 3rd party development team on any site enhancements to improve performance, back-end management and growth sustainability Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels; Collaborate directly with digital marketing agency on strategy and execution of all digital marketing campaigns Concept and develop digital marketing creative for campaigns across paid social, Google and all acquisition and retention channels Manage affiliate program including creative, communications and reporting (Share-A-Sale, Reward style) Develop the creative strategy for all email communications to align with seasonal content strategy Manage all automated email campaigns and collaborate with digital marketing agency on strategy for automated communications including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Loyalty, Refer-A-Friend and Winback Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies that optimize list health and size Collaborate with VP of Creative + Communication on social media planning to align with e-commerce stories and promotions Monthly reporting on e-commerce performance, digital marketing KPIs and recommended optimizations eCommerce Manager Requirements: 3-5 yrs experience in e-commerce management, fashion experience preferred Working knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics Experience with Affiliate platforms such as Share-A-Sale and Reward style a plus Flexible schedule.
