A top skincare line is looking for an E-Commerce Manager responsible for driving the.com business. This role will be the gatekeeper for our DTC website and will ensure our site is updated and meets customer expectations.
The E-Commerce Manager will develop a sales strategy to ensure strong year-over-year growth. Primary responsibilities include:
• Develop yearly strategy encompassing all aspects of DTC business
• Partner with third-party warehouse to ensure order fulfillment is meeting client expectations
• Ensure web content is up to date (i.e., images, product descriptions, promotions, and inventory) • Partner with cross functional teams to develop testing roadmap to improve UI/UX and overall site experience
• Manage site promotional calendar
• Build and deploy marketing emails to client database
• Partner with marketing team on performance marketing linking to JV.com
• Analyze traffic and sales trends with regular reporting in effort to further develop business
• Inventory forecasting (demand planning)
• Monitor and track competitive brands and websites
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years’ experience
• Candidates should be familiar with Shopify and Google Analytics
• Have project management skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-starter
***Not remote, in office 5 days a week***
