Email Marketing Manager Overview:
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and reporting of all email channels companywide. You will utilize email campaigns to improve customer retention and drive business growth.
Email Marketing Manager Responsibilities
· The Email Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end management of email and nurture-based marketing initiatives that drive engagement through the funnel
· You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing and reporting on marketing strategies for previous, current and future customers
· This is a growth focused role that will optimize a mature Klaviyo email program through segmentation, list management and A/B testing
· The ideal candidate will take ownership of the email marketing program(s) with a daily focus on exceeding growth goals
· This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for developing a deep knowledge of the customer journeys and A/B testing at every step
Email Marketing Manager Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
· 5+ years email marketing experience for a B2C product brand(s)
· 1+ years of experience on Klaviyo platform
· Experience in A/B testing with focus on optimizing user experience and minimizing drop off user rates
· Experience with developing personalized user journeys/offers through customer segmentation and drip campaigns
