Email Migration ManagerDescription:
The employer and individual business within eHealth is looking for an email migration manager to oversee and lead the migration of >700 retention and nurture emails from the existing internal tech stack (Back Office) into Marketo. Additionally, they will bring strategic guidance on the email journeys and creative on how to optimize for peak performance (looking at aspects such as frequency, cadence, sequencing, design, etc). The email migration manager will report into the head of marketing for the employer and individual business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the migration of >700 retention and nurture emails from existing internal tech stack into Marketo. Will work in partnership with internal email team (PMs & coders), sales ops, and Marketo to ensure everything is moved over seamlessly without issues or breakage.
- Responsibilities include establishing a core team and project plan, setting up a kick-off meeting, project managing from start to completion, weekly progress update meetings with stakeholders, communicating risks, working with legal, ad-hoc presentations of progress to SLT, etc.
- Oversee and lead email journey analysis pulling in several inputs across prioritized email campaigns and using insights and data to drive decision-making on how to maximize campaign performance. In partnership with business strategists, email team and other identified stakeholders.
- Oversee and lead creative refreshes for prioritized existing email campaigns or the development of net-new emails campaigns (identified gaps from the journey analysis) in partnership with internal creative team (designers, copywriters)
- Must have experience with email campaigns, email tech stacks, ESP’s, and understand how to use email data and metrics to inform decision making.
- Must have experience and extensive knowledge of Marketo, Tableau, Jira, Figma
- May require occasional evening meetings with sales ops team in Xiamen, China.
