Job Title: Employee Engagement Program Manager, Internal Engagement
Location: Remote, United States
Duration: 12 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $70.63-$74.63/hour
Role Overview:
This position will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience by designing, evaluating and executing strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of organizational behavior, and the ability to work collaboratively to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
By leveraging expertise in training and communication, the Employee Engagement Program Manager ensures that engagement programs are not only understood but embraced by employees. Well-designed engagement initiatives build employee capability and confidence, whilst clear and transparent communication fosters trust and alignment across all parts of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy: Create clear, engaging messages across multiple channels (email, meetings, newsletters, social platforms) to drive employee engagement.
Training Development: Design interactive and scalable training programs that reinforce company values, culture, and engagement initiatives, delivered via e-learning, workshops, webinars, and leadership sessions.
Program Rollout & Support: Collaborate with leaders and teams to launch engagement programs, providing toolkits and resources that enable managers to drive initiatives within their teams.
Change Management: Support adoption of new engagement strategies through targeted communications and training, helping employees navigate transitions and embrace change.
Measurement & Feedback: Track program effectiveness, share insights organization-wide, and recommend improvements to keep initiatives relevant and impactful.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions while seeking continuous improvement.
Experience leading organizational change and implementing new processes effectively.
Proven track record managing global programs with attention to local regulations and nuances.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
BA/BS in Marketing, Learning Experience Design, Corporate Communications, PR, Editorial Writing, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with best practices in employee engagement and communications.
