The Role: Production and Operations Events Producer
Duties/Responsibilities:
*Serve as an onsite representative during production load-in and filming, liaising with production vendor and cross-functional stakeholders and reporting to Events Production & Operations lead
* Manage and attend pre-production meetings, tech scouts, permit and plan discussions
* Work with production vendor and cross-functional stakeholders to manage access and security “lock-down” spaces during production
* Serve as the client's point of contact during production load-in and filming to manage operational requests and escalate for approvals when audibles are called onsite
* Prior experience in live events and/or film production required
Requirements:
*Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
*Prior live events and/or film production experience
*Able to work onsite in Cupertino
