Job description

Our client, a known gaming company is looking for at Internal Events Producer to join their tam until the end of mid Dec 2023. 

Responsibilities:
•    Manage multiple small to medium event components simultaneously, nurturing them from inception to execution, such as food & beverage, swag, registration, travel, ground transportation, furniture, decor, signage, live production, experiential, and more.
•    Manage multiple internal tournaments for the company's games across several months, including registration, matchmaking, bracket building, rules, comms, finals, swag, and more.
•    Monitor and upkeep key play program and event communication channels as needed.
•    Manage production and execution timelines, milestones, and tasks for event components you own; Work cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day in order to successfully meet expectations and overall event goals.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to align around the desired end result. Ensure agency and vendor partners are delivering quality results that align with event strategy and continue to raise the bar on our event experiences.
•    Serve as an on-site event coordinator, vendor liaison, troubleshooter, and logistics manager as necessary.
•    You’re a highly collaborative team player who is not shy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, whether you’re supporting or taking the lead.

Required Qualifications:
•    You have experience executing video game tournaments, rules, brackets, and more.
•    You have experience with working on internal and external-facing corporate / brand events of all sizes.
•    You’re an excellent and creative problem solver who can easily identify and mitigate risks with robust and detailed planning.
•    You’re based in the Los Angeles area, and can travel domestically as needed.
•    You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work under pressure to make quick, educated decisions in compliance with company policies.
•    You have a strong working knowledge of all things event production and are able to translate that into creating memorable and strategically aligned experiences.
•    You’re a highly collaborative team player who isn’t shy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done–no task is too big or too small.

Contract - till mid Dec 2023 (full time hours)
Located in Los Angeles
Temporarily remote (will need to be flex to be onsite when needed)
Pay - DOE
