Job description

Our client, who is a leading action sports brand, is urgently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

They are ideally seeking someone who can come into the Costa Mesa office on a hybrid schedule 2-3 days per week.

This role is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and convert to fulltime.

Executive Administrative Assistant

What you will do:
Day to day you will partner with your team, other Exec Team member EA’s and other cross-brand partners to coordinate calendars, set meetings and ensure information flow throughout the organization is strong.
Periodically, you will also manage travel, supplies and expense needs and may coordinate the development of meeting materials in partnership with the broader team.
You will also be responsible for ideating, organizing and executing monthly team gatherings – offsites, all-hands meetings, huddles and social gatherings – to fuel a feeling of teamwork, creativity, collaboration and mutual respect.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience:
3+ years Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
