Our client, a world-famous luxury brand is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Executive Office Manager & Executive Team.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Organizing agendas of guests and VIP’s
- Collecting and analyzing information and preparing reports and presentations
- Maintaining databases, files and records
- Assisting with recurring events such as Management Meetings, Dinners, etc.
- Maintaining calendars
- Maintaining correspondence including composing letters as well as typing dictated letters and memo
- Organizing meetings and events
- Supporting all administrative aspects of contract renewals and invoicing approvals
- Supporting budget management activities as appropriate
- Reviewing travel contracts
- Coordinating creation of project plans
- Prepare stock orders and managing office inventory
- Photocopying, collating, mailing, filing, faxing
- Managing and processing invoices
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
- Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Excel)
- Relevant computer skills including CRM, travel planning programs, advanced Excel and
- College degree required
- 3+ years’ relevant experience
- French language skills preferred
