Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator to join their team. The Executive Assistant will support one or more senior executives and assist with the operations of the Human Resource department.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendar(s)
• Schedule executive appointments
• Arrange complex travel and accommodations
• Prepare all meeting materials and presentations
• Complete HR data input and clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
• Provide support on HR programs and initiatives in partnership with HRBPs
• Assist with HR related queries
• Find answers and solutions to employee requests
• Act as direct liaison with vendors, customers, etc
• Coordinate recruitment processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years administration experience; at least VP level or above
• Proven experience managing executive calendars and handling meeting coordination
• Excellent organizational, time management and project coordination skills
• Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive issues
• Flexible and adept to support various unpredictable projects and schedules
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to take detailed notes during meetings
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient with Workday HRIS system
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook)
• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
