Summary

Do you have passion for events? Our Experiential Creative Producer owns assets supporting our events across virtual and live experiences. In this position, you will work with our creative team and internal partners during design development, pre-production, and delivery phases to build assets for innovative and engaging experiences. You are not only a self-starter, you also thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and have a background in production for live, hybrid, and virtual events in a fun, creative, and entrepreneurial team!

Duties

  • Partner with internal teams to develop all creative assets for events (i.e., signage, booths, collateral, backgrounds, presentation templates) – as well as all pre-event creative assets
  • Participate in project kickoffs, creative reviews, and meetings as needed
  • Plan, run, and track asset production throughout the process to facilitate accurate and timely delivery
  • Provide details on jobs including asset specifications, artwork details, and project schedule
  • Ensure the creative product meets the expectations and goals of the project
  • Sourcing and leading fabrication and production of creative assets as needed
  • Lead vendors, including the cost bidding process
  • Own quality control of all assets coming in from, and going out to vendors
  • Continually looks for ways to improve efficiency through process improvements, task automation, and technology
  • Track trends in production, with an emphasis on digital formats
  • Guide the production process and act as trusted advisor
  • Be online or on-site for all events to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in project management, design, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a producer, with experience in print and digital production for events
  • A strong understanding of event technology, and the ability to utilize technology to push creative boundaries
  • Command of the design and print production process – including an understanding of file specifications, resolution, color, and requirements of assets needed for production.
  • Shown understanding of marketing
  • Appreciation for the creative process and working with creative teams
  • Experience in crafting production estimates and schedules in a timely manner
  • Ability to make decisions and focus on detail
  • Flexibility in accommodating change in project details
  • Effective communicator in one-on-one settings and in large groups
  • Possess outstanding organization, time management, interpersonal skills, and prioritization
  • Excellent with relationship-building and maintenance with adjacent teams
  • Shown experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with global brands preferred
