POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Finance and Operations Analyst Coordinator – North America Direct reports: N/A Reports to: Finance and Operations Manager – North America

Role Objective:
The Finance & Operations Analyst Coordinator is responsible for performing duties related to the Finance and Operations functions for the Bondi Sands North America team. The role will partner cross-functionally with various North America functions and the Global Finance team when performing duties.

Finance Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the Finance & Operations Manager with a timely and accurate month end close, including performing journal entries,, forecast/budget coordination, and preparation of both regular and ad hoc insightful financial and business performance reports.
  • Additionally, this role will reconcile accounts receivables including following up with vendors, reconcile bank accounts and invoices, and manage accounts payable including setting up payments to vendors.
  • This role will assist with managing financial compliance including tax, etc. Operations responsibilities include assisting with demand forecasting, inventory management, and cost improvement analysis.
  • Additionally, this role will ensure inventory is reconciled across systems.
  • The role will contribute towards building Finance and Operations excellence to support continued growth of the North America business.
  • You will report into the Finance and Operations Manager and assist in delivering Finance & Operational excellence across several facets.
  • This role will partner with various North America Business functions; such as Sales, Marketing, the Global Finance team, Operations, and in some instances external partners such as retail partners and operational vendors.

Key Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  •  Finance/FP&A experience of 2 years required
  •  Business partnering, financial reporting, month- end close experience, operations and logistics, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable and supply chain inventory experience a plus
  • Experience in the consumer products and/or retail industries a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally
• Must be detailed-oriented, organized, and highly productive
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, sum-if, index-match, etc.) and financial systems savviness
• Understanding of operational logistics, supply chain experience a plus
• Record of process improvements/efficiencies
• Flexible & adaptable to changing priorities
• Affinity for CPG/FMCG products and retail
