Our client, a world leading equipment manufacturer is seeking a Finance Business Partner to add to their growing US Team.Business Support
- Execute the agreed strategy and be a key contributor in establishing and delivering on short- and long-term financial targets
- Develop business plans for new initiatives and strategic direction
- Continue to foster a performance mindset in the region
- Securing transparency and clarity on performance metrics and financial numbers end to end
- Take the regional strategy, interpret, and translate this to the business view and integrate with planning models.
- Establish a plan for easy-to-work with financial system and concepts
- Be involved in providing key facts and arguments for negotiations with top customers
- Establish pricing processes in close alignment with the regional sates team
- Establish clear Financial and performance KPIs and links to staff incentive schemes.
Tasks & Processes
- Drive the planning process including annual target setting, budgets, forecasts, and coordinating business reviews (BRMs) prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively
- Drive the forecast process and the annual target setting process in the performance unit
- Control the finance performance of the region and report to the business board the monthly regional performance
- Responsible for the accruals booked in the region
- Collect and validate information on business cases from start to finish

Education & Experience
|
- Master’s degree in relevant field – ie finance management, accounting, finance accounting, economics or business administration
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in full value change Financial Management
