Job description

24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known footwear brand to help them find a Footwear Product Testing Analyst for this hybrid role in Portland, OR. This is a 6 month contract. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Ideal candidate: will have a degree in biomechanics, kinesiology or industrial design and at least 2 years of experience in product testing as well as experience in recruiting testers & managing quarterly fit/wear tests. Also seeking an individual experienced with survey designs utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods and sMESH01 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage product testing information & data collection processes using digital tools such as Google Drive, MSOffice, MESH01, Centric PLM, Asana, and others.
  • Support in planning and prepping onsite & remote product testing to analyze fit, comfort, performance, & durability of each product.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to run onsite & remote fit testing, collect and analyze tester feedback, identify trends in tester data, and write reports.
  • Deliver product feedback on time with the go-to-market calendar and lead discussions from the product testing point of view.
  • Support the product testing coordinator in the product tester recruitment strategy and execution, building out recruitment channels, and a solid network of authentic tester relationships.
  • Support the product testing coordinator in managing the product testing database, product tester platform (MESH01), sample tracking and shipments for product testing, and sample archiving process.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in footwear product testing or production creation.
  • BA/BS or equivalent, a plus if in biomechanics, kinesiology, or industrial design/engineering.
  • Experience with survey design utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, MESH01 experience a plus.
