One of our agency clients is looking for a freelance Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background to join their team.
This freelance Associate Creative Director will be working closely with the Creative Director and an small internal creative team(s) on a key beauty/retail account.
Ideal freelance Associate Creative Director candidates will have:
- BA degree and 6+ years of agency industry experience
- Strong background and hands-on skillset as an Art Director and Designer
- Proven experience in a creative management or supervisory position
- Capable of helping guide, coach, and lead internal creative teams of junior/mid-level AD's and CW's
- Strong online portfolio with required and relevant creative campaign samples
- Able to help drive projects forward and execute at each phase of project development including concepting and client presentations, photoshoots, production/post-production, etc.
- Excited to take on a key leadership role by influencing team dynamics and providing problem solving expertise, coaching, encouragement, etc.
Nice to have:
- Digital and shopper marketing experience, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry
*Offsite flexible, but preferably local to Denver
