One of our e-commerce and D2C retail clients is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing and Media Manager to join their fast-growing team for an exciting full-time role.
This Sr. Growth Marketing and Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand’s media strategy and planning initiatives.
The Sr. Growth Marketing and Media Manager should be a passionate, data-driven digital media expert who is excited to lead growth marketing efforts and help guide the entire marketing funnel and customer acquisition strategy.
Ideal Sr. Growth Marketing and Media Manager candidates will have:
5+ years of acquisition marketing experience, specifically in paid social with a focus on e-Commerce brands/products
3+ years of hands-on paid social, search, paid shopping, programmatic & video ads management
Strong analytical and data modeling skills for forecasting
Certified in Google AdWords and/or Facebook Advertising
Experience managing marketing programs that are held to a specific CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, KPIs
Experience conceptualizing/implementing marketing plans & developing complex A/B testing strategies
Proven ability to handle large scale campaign planning and optimization for both performance and brand impact
Experience working with creative teams to develop concepts and bring brand messaging to life
Understand the breadth and depth of media analytics/campaign tracking and able to tell the story about how these analytics contribute to marketing ROI
Experience managing multiple paid advertising agencies and in-house teams/campaigns
Experience synthesizing complex ideas into actionable recommendations/reports for senior management
Comfortable providing expertise and strategic direction across media strategy, media planning and media-mix attribution.
Experience partnering with external agencies to oversee performance and growth strategy across core social, display, search, programmatic and online video channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest), as well as testing new, cutting edge publishers & technologies.
Understand how to develop acquisition strategy and media KPIs, target audiences, and channel mix.
Know how to leverage data driven insights about overarching campaign strategy and tactics, optimize paid media efforts, maximize ROI, ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding delivery and performance goals, and help enable omni-channel sales effectiveness in relation to marketing and communications efforts.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Amazon Advertising and web tracking/attribution
Familiar with the emerging world of digital audio (podcast, radio, streaming, etc.) and OOO marketing experience
*Must be local to Denver, CO
**Remote during Covid, but with eventual expectation to return to office at least 3 days per week
