Lead the regional strategies and day-to-day management of our clients global paid social activity.
Manage two Biddable Executive level direct reports based in London and New York.
Drive innovation across every element of our biddable strategy through use of a robust test and learn approach, trialing new partners and collaboration across core internal business units.
What we are looking for:
Expert experience managing, executing, and delivering campaigns specifically across Facebook and Instagram. Knowledge of Video and Display is desired, but not essential.
Experience creating and implementing social strategies and in executing testing plans/roadmaps.
Proven experience identifying and activating platform innovations through Alpha / Beta adoption
Strong knowledge of managing performance led campaigns and a detailed understanding of the Facebook pixel.
An analytical, data driven methodology to building strategy and mapping out clear KPIs for biddable success that align with business growth and CPA/CAC targets - thinking long-term, while also being able to react quickly to changes in trade and the digital landscape.
Ability to present results and recommendations to multiple stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Deep understanding of optimization levers and proven ability to use to maximize performance.
Previous experience managing campaigns with large budgets. Managing campaigns across multiple markets is desired, but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail, both in campaign set up / QA’ing and reporting.
Comprehensive understanding of, and experience working across, both commonplace and immerging social media, video, and display marketing channels.
A strong team leader with the ability to drive, inspire and motivate a team by providing clear developmental goals, positivity, and a depth of biddable knowledge.
5+ years’ experience leading biddable strategy for relevant ecommerce retail brands either in house or through an agency
Expert in paid social specifically across Facebook and Instagram.
100% fluent within the Facebook platform including, campaign structure, QA, reporting, analysis, technical set up etc.
Experience managing large budgets, line managing specialist teams and building bespoke strategies across multiple regions
