TTP/On-site (Century City)/Vax requiredOur client, an LA beauty brand, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
· Support Creative Director and Art Director by creating compelling digital assets for social, email, and display ads, adhering to brand and sizing guidelines
· Develop design templates for newsletters, decks, and sales collateral
· Perform retouching as needed
· Present design strategy and thinking to senior-level creatives
· Follow and stay up-to-date on emerging industry trends and design guidelines
· Create a high-level strategy to continue to help the brand evolve and remain ahead of leading competitors in the industry
Qualifications:
• Must be fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Strong in Photoshop for retouching (lifestyle, product and model shots for mostly social media and e-commerce, sometimes print)
• Experience in working with packaging, branding, advertising, displays, and websites
• Ability to concept, develop and create refined rendering for presentations as well as creative assets (print, web, invites,collateral, etc.) • GIF/Animation Experience a plus
• Knowledge of beauty industry social media and e-commerce channel best practice
• Experience in creating web and in-store assets for retailers
• Ability to turnaround designs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work and brand aesthetic
• Strong attention to detail and staying focused on executing designs required
• Good communicator, able to cultivate great working relationships internally and externally
• Having a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Focused, self-starter and solution -driven
• Able to work as a team as well as independently
• Effective time management and organization
