Job description
Our client, a finance company, is looking for a Production Artist to join their team. This will be onsite Monday-Thursday and Fridays will be remote. Their office is located in Pasadena. This will be full time/direct hire!
MUST have finance or corporate experience to be considered!
Duties:
Recreate/reformat PowerPoint and Excel files in line with new branding standards (PC)
Help create/redesign PowerPoint templates and process slides
Turn complex, technical information into clear, effective presentation slides
Collaborate with respective content owners to implement the rebranding effort in an organized and efficient manner
Upload slides in a content management system
Adhere to project deadlines and communicate milestones to project partners
Participate in planning, project-specific, and team meetings, as necessary.

Requirements:
At least five years’ graphic design and production experience
Demonstrated expertise in using PowerPoint, Word and Excel including experience in designing infographics, financial charts, tables and graphs
Experience in rebranding a plus
Keen interest in working in an investment management or financial services environment
Knowledge in creating PowerPoint & Excel macros is a plus
