Media Manager Overview:
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will utilize performance marketing strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality leads for the sales team. You will play a vital role in customer acquisition to drive revenue and grow the business.
Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead in the development and implementation of unique and breakthrough digital 360 brand campaign concepts, focused on growing brand awareness, engagement, equity, and new client acquisition.
- Oversee digital campaign & content strategy, finding ways to amplify existing brand content
- Lead in developing media briefs to support new and existing product campaigns as well as assisting in the day-to-day management of media agency activations and overall ad spend
- Manage the relationship with media agency
- Report on social listening insights and help establish digital competitive benchmarking.
- Identify and test new potential channels to drive customer acquisition
- Manage paid media budget and ensure appropriate allocation of spend across channels
- Work cross-functionally with creative, brand, business, and analytics teams to drive results
Media Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of digital marketing and growth experience
- Proficiency in digital, organic and paid social media management
- Understanding of SQL, data analytics, performance marketing, and growth
- Exceptional project management and analytical skill
- Beauty experience is a plus!
