Our client is looking for a Contract Onboarding/Human Resources Assistant/Human Resources Representative to support their onboarding team. This will include supporting our onboarding team through communicating with new hires before they start at the company, creating documentation to best support our new hires, proactive communication, task execution, and supporting onboarding logistics for our Biztech and People Operations teams.
In addition to day-to-day administrative activities, the ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and excel skills and will be able to analyze and interpret data and articulate meaningful conclusions. Experience in Human Resources is preferred and a passion for customer service is a must.
- Coordinate with Employee Success Team to keep internal systems and data up to date for various stakeholders
-Communicate various onboarding deadlines and requirements to the new hires in a welcoming manner
-Creating process documentation for the onboarding communication strategy
-Coordinate and calendar the logistics for the global onboarding program
-Proactively partner with the team to ensure communication with new hires is clear, concise, and human
- Respond to employee calls and email inquiries and follow-up with employees on routine questions and issues.
- Reconcile data and complete analysis as required.
