The Email Marketing Specialist leads all HTML coding, testing, and scheduling on weekly email marketing messages. The Email Marketing Specialist designs and builds emails messages and coordinates content in partnership with internal teams. This role is responsible for implementing A/B testing strategies including segmentation, subject lines and send times. This role will also be responsible for building all eCommerce promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and helping with loyalty, direct mail, and SMS operations. The right candidate for this role thrives under a nimble environment also able to meet fluctuating deadlines as part of a busy direct to consumer business.
What You’ll Do:
· HTML coding, designing and testing marketing emails
· Manage email file production - slicing images, uploading to server and work with digital asset manager to maintain creative files
· Build, manage, organize, QA and troubleshoot all eCommerce promotions
· Implement A/B testing, including segmentation, subject lines and send times
· Assist with loyalty, direct mail and SMS operations
What You Bring:
· 3-5 years of experience with HTML coding for email (including mobile devices)
· 3-5 years of experience in email design (Sketch/Photoshop)
· Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment and display follow through and initiative
