Our client is a athletic apparel company that is seeking a tech savvy and detail oriented HRIS Coordinator to join the Global People Team for 3 months. The Assistant is responsible for processing changes and maintaining the data integrity of the HRIS system. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a keen interest for systems. This role will report to the HRIS Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS system
- Process high volume employee transactions (new hires, job changes, and terminations) in Workday, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timely entry
- Conduct data integrity audits to confirm data accuracy in the HRIS system (Workday)
- Streamline reporting processes
- Aid with HRIS system testing for bi-annual Workday updates
- Respond to HRIS data inquiries and requests from JIRA ticketing system
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting and upgrades of GPT systems
- Create and run reports on a weekly/monthly and ad hoc basis
- Assist with documenting HRIS system processes and training documents
- Escalate issues/questions to the HRIS Analysts
- Work collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes
- Proactive and results-oriented with comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant internship or professional experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite required; Excel skills a plus

- Experience with Workday preferred
