Job description

Our client is a culture icon in the food & bev industry having created some of the most popular campaigns in the last few decades. They are hiring an mid-level Influencer Analystto work closely with our Head of Influencer Marketing and serve as an integral part in scaling our in-house influencer capabilities.

Duration: 6-12+ months (40 hr work week)

Eligible for health insurance PTO, OT through 24Seven

Rate: $35-45/hr

Location: Remote (Eastern time zone)

The ideal candidate has prioritized experience in social media analytics but is knowledgeable in (or has a

passion for) influencer marketing as well. They have excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong

understanding of marketing analytics & ROI. They are well versed in reporting and can collect data as well as

extract important insights.

 

Responsibilities

-Social Listening & Analytics/Reporting

-Collaborate with external influencer agencies and our in-house SL&A team to finalize campaign

reports for various brands, inclusive of organic social performance, paid performance, social

listening/mentions analysis and sales, aiming to uncover insights for campaign optimizations

-Keep in-house databases up to date with historical partnership details, helping to establish

benchmarks & KPIs

-Work with Head of Influencer Marketing to develop data-driven case studies for the capability

-Keep an eye on new reporting tools and functions in the continuously evolving digital space

-Support the creation of influencer strategies for brand campaigns

-Identify and vet talent for influencer campaigns

 

Skills & Experience

-3+ years of experience in an analytics or influencer marketing role at an agency or brand

-Expertise in social media metrics and reporting processes across all major platforms (FB/IG, TikTok,

YT, TW, etc.) for organic and paid

-Experience using influencer marketing tools (i.e. Tagger, HYPR, Traackr and/or CreatorIQ); comfort in

learning new platforms

-Ability to stay organized and work across multiple programs at once with a strong attention to detail

-Self-Starter, possesses ability to act and operate efficiently and independently to accomplish objectives

-Comfort in creating reporting decks inclusive of quantitative and qualitative insights

-Experience in CPGs a plus
