Job description

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at a health and wellness brand, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences and objectives for each campaign.

Your key tasks will include:

1. Identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers: You will research and identify influencers who align with the brand values and target audience. You will negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring that their content aligns with the brand's messaging and goals.

2. Managing influencer relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of content. You will provide guidance and support to influencers, ensuring that their content meets brand guidelines and objectives.

3. Campaign planning and execution: You will develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for each campaign, outlining goals, target audience, content themes, and key performance indicators. You will work with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with their followers.

4. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance: You will monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, using data and insights to optimize future campaigns. You will provide regular reports on campaign metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You will continuously research and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing. You will leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance the influencer marketing efforts.
