As a Creative Content Designer (Consultant), you will be a key player in curating and managing the delivery of clear, user-focused content to educate employees and contractors to perform their jobs securely. This position will ensure everyone is trained on enterprise and regulatory security requirements, policy, and best practices.
Core Responsibilities
• Creation of learner-centric experiences and content that incorporates sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application.
• Evaluation of learning solutions to close gaps and change behavior.
• Ability to multitask, manage own workload, and maintain flexibility in a work environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to translate content from subject matter experts to meaningful experiences.
• Collaborating with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.
• Project management for end to end deliverables of multiple projects (e.g., course content documents, program plans, learner assessments, knowledge checks, schedules of delivery, and course descriptions).
• Correlate training and learning paths to business requirements to align to role based training initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail to document processes, procedures and mapping of available content.
• Direct experience with building modern content using Storyline 360, Rise 360 preferred.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years content design experience
• Excellent communication skills, writing and grammar skills, ability to simplify key messages, write compelling stories to technical and non-technical audiences globally.
• 3+ years content development, instructional design, creative writing, communication, marketing, creative design, all or any one of the mentioned.
