- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, preferably in the recruitment or job posting industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
