Salary: 80-110K, DOE (2-5 years of exp)
This is a hybrid position. You will be required to be in office Tue, Wed and Thursday. This is non-negotiable
Requirements:
2+ years of agency experience or large corporation
Integrated experience: you must be able to demonstrate that you have worked on print, digital, video, OOH projects, small and large size!
Confidence in working with cutting edge PM software systems so that you can be a proponent of new efficient programs
Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, is required
Job Description:
The Project Manager estimates, plans, directs, and coordinates all tactical activities of the account executives’ clients’ engagements to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budgeting parameters, and scope under the oversight of the Studio Director.
Duties:
• Directs and manages project development from beginning to end with oversight
• Develops project plans and collaborates with account managers to specify goals, schedule tasks, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate resources
• Uses Project Management Software methodologies to promote rapid delivery of high-quality materials
• Champions agencywide integration of project management methodologies and terminology and maintains ongoing compliance with online routing systems and other workflow tools
• Communicates clear direction and information to ensure delivery teams understand project plans and requirements
• Conducts scrums and internal project status meetings with cross-functional internal teams
• Develops and maintains project documentation using agency project management tools
• Coordinates, motivates, and follows up with account managers, studio operators, retouching team, delivery teams, and internal staff to ensure project progresses on schedule and goals and requirements are met
• Prepares daily project status and resource reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues
• Confers with project team to resolve project- and delivery-related issues
Financial
• Prepares accurate and timely estimates, project requirements, and builds project plans
• Discusses contingency planning and alignment to SOW with Senior Project Manager
• Manages project scope and discusses/prepares change orders
• Generates monthly output forecasts and makes suggestions on revenue/work escalations, change orders, and transfers, where appropriate. Reviews with Studio Director
• Obtains vendor costs and timing when developing and finalizing client estimates
• Works with account manager to address estimate constraints and monitor scope/assumptions
