Client Brief: 
Serving as Americas' largest wholesale distributor of luxury fashion since 2010, our client has closely partnered with Europe's most iconic fashion brands, bringing 100% new and authentic luxury items to consumers around the world.

 

Role Overview: 
The Junior Account Executive will be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and organized support resource to our client's timepiece division. You will liaise with retail partners and proactively reach out to new businesses to achieve sales plans and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities Overview: 

  • Sales and Account Management - Daily account communication and follow-up to ensure day-to-day sales expectations are met. 
  • Open order management - checking orders, pricing, dates, credit approvals, order confirmations, tracking numbers, partial shipments, extensions, etc. 
  • Analyze sales information from accounts to determine new opportunities and areas of liability 
  • Create orders for customers with the ability to understand and customize for each retailer specifically. 
  • EDI preparation - UPCS, confirmed quantities, catalogs, styles, etc.
  • Manage drop ship inventory, online copy, and images for retailers 
  • Manage the flow of samples and set up for market appointments 
  • Be hands-on and willing to assist in other business areas when necessary. 

Qualifications: 

  • Understanding and analyzing selling reports 
  • Strong Excel skills with 3-5 years of industry experience, including proficiency in retail math 
  • Timepiece or luxury accessories experience preferred 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & writing) 
  • Team player and ability to prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must be self-motivated, detail/results-oriented, and well organized with a strong sense of urgency 
  • Flexible with an entrepreneurial drive and ability to act independently
