Jr Digital Designer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Mid Level skilled and flexible designer to join our clients multidisciplinary creative team. Our San Francisco-based team seeks a digital-first designer to work in support of e-commerce while stretching to work on other channels as needed. Each day with our client there are different new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on: Translate approved master creative compositions and layouts into various sizes and formats needed for digital design while maintaining the original creative intent and specs across a variety of digital platforms - websites, landing pages, banner ads, emails and digital marketing. End-to-end file preparation, revisions, or create new versions as needed, prepare final art to be handed off to production.
Follow workflow and sign-off protocols to ensure final deliverables are error-free. Work independently and in collaboration with senior designers, art directors, project managers to manage projects effectively and within timelines. Touch up product photography to be used in collateral, resizing images and provide digital production support. Create visuals, icons, digital advertisements, printed collateral, branded gear/swag.

Quality and precision-focused individual, excellent attention to detail and accuracy. when designing and proofing layouts. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere with ever-changing priorities. Ability & willingness to work extended hours as needed to ensure all deadlines are met. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, assist team members as needed, and freely share knowledge and expertise. Knowledge of ADA Compliance (preferred).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design 2+ years of experience in digital design with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop Good sense of brand-oriented design, color, typography and layout
Solid understanding of all aspects of digital design, including email production, website visual update, preparing files for e-commerce producer.
Knowledge of ADA Compliance (preferred)
Have a well-rounded portfolio, which includes print and digital work examples across different channels (packaging, advertising, signage, web, email, etc.)
