Will be called up "as needed" for retouching support
Jr. Retoucher Responsibilities:
· Provide detailed retouching, color correction, and enhancement of Images
· Solve retouching challenges while maintaining a high level of technical precision
· Maintain digital asset organization - uploading Images, file naming conventions, managing approvals, tagging and metadata
· Self-manage against timelines using a project management platform to track project status
· Be an active member of the in-house creative team
· Effectively communicate with inter-departmental stakeholders
· Maintain top-level output at high volume under tight deadlines
Jr. Retoucher Responsibilities:
· Excellent knowledge of Photoshop
· Experience on a range of retouching including advertising and editorial
· A robust retouching portfolio that demonstrates consistency and proficiency in retouching, compositing, and color correcting
