Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 base salary
- $45,000 commission at plan, uncapped earning potential
- $9,000 per year car allowance (approximately $750 per month)
- $1,800 per year phone/internet allowance (approximately $150 per month)
- Equity potential earned at the 6-month mark based on performance
- Field-based, customer-facing role
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative based in the Inland Empire CA area. This is a field-based role focused on new business development and account growth. The ideal candidate is a hard-working hunter who thrives on building relationships in person, consistently opening new doors and expanding revenue within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development as a true hunter in the field, proactively prospecting and engaging potential customers in the Los Angeles area.
- Manage and grow key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships to increase revenue and product penetration.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with decision makers to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets aligned with the commission plan and uncapped earnings structure.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through ongoing activity and field-based outreach.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive a high level of service and support.
- Provide regular activity and performance updates to leadership and contribute feedback from the field.
Ideal Profile
- Proven track record in outside sales or field sales, with a demonstrated hunter mentality.
- Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field meeting with customers and prospects.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based compensation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and disciplined in managing territory, pipeline, and follow-up activity.
- Based in or willing to regularly work in the Los Angeles, CA market.
