Job description

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Key Account Sales Manager to join our E-Commerce team. This is an exciting, fast paced role where you will build commercial business relations and develop growth strategies for the US Luxury portfolio on Amazon. Reporting to the Luxury National Account Manager, you will manage a vast array of job functions (account management, business development and analysis, online sales fundamentals execution, marketing program development and execution) and be a key stakeholder in the development and delivery of the joint business plan with Amazon and the brands Net Revenue and P&L targets.

 

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

· Ownership in the development and delivery of our joint business plan targets with Amazon US for Luxury brand portfolio

 

· Ownership of the day-to-day commercial relationship with Amazon US while closely collaborating with internal cross-functional teams

 

· Support with Amazon trade spend budgets and performance assessment, providing recommendations to maximize ROI based on analysis

 

· Own execution of perfect store on-line at Amazon, with support from Brand & E-Commerce Center of Excellence team (e.g. new item set-up, launch calendar management, content execution)

 

· Own operational excellence with Amazon (e.g. supply chain operations, catalog cleanliness, forecast accuracy, etc.)

 

· Own & liaise across key projects between inter-functional teams (e.g. supply chain, marketing, external agencies, etc.)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

 

· 2+ years of CPG E-Commerce experience with comprehensive knowledge of Amazon’s business model and E-retail strategies (Amazon experience required)

 

· Strong communication skills & project management competence, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence across multiple levels and functions and drive coordination across groups

 

· Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with demonstrated data driven approach to business management and ability to craft a story using data

 

· Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree a plus

 

Desirable:

· Prestige/luxury brand experience preferred

· MS Excel proficiency, Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, data processing/supply chain systems (e.g. SAP, BEX Analyzer), content management database systems (e.g. PIM/DAM)
