Job description
What you will be creating:
-You will become the expert in the customer/audience to decide what kind of content is needed for different marketing, product, and sales initiatives
- Making sure we are hitting the right people at the right time with the right content
-Leading and designing the content strategy (when, what, why, where) including, but not limited to: -Blogs -Video testimonials, video case studies (and then strategies around it)
-Editorial strategy (eg. is it feature dumps vs instructional content “how to”)
-Whitepapers, sales materials -Website content -Thought leadership digital
-Product webinars, how-to videos

*Candidate Profile*
Level
-Senior level person who is either making a lateral move or ready to level-up in to a Director level position
-Job title can up-level to include “Director” if needed
-Management: The content marketing experience is most important here. They should be ready to manage someone under them, but it’s ok if they haven’t.
*Type of Candidate*
-Must have skills & experience across: Building a content strategy & Executing a content strategy including tech stack & measuring impact
-Wants the opportunity to build something
