24 Seven is partnering with a computer software company based in Phoenix, AZ to help them find a Lead Generation Manager. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits!What you will be doing:
- Work closely with sales leadership to drive demand to our inside sales teams
- Develop and manage automated campaigns to nurture prospects
- Own the optimization of digital, email, paid search, paid social, native, print, and pragmatic campaigns
- Collaborate with design and content to create campaign landing pages and conduct ongoing multivariate testing to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with the content marketing manager to create compelling content to fuel campaigns, including articles, blogs, ebooks, webinars, infographics, and other thought-leadership content
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on experience managing. campaigns within Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, and others
- Strong drive to achieve results and own processes end-to-end
- Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and all digital marketing metrics
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing email nurture campaigns, experience using Pardot is a plus
- Positive, can-do attitude, excited to build something, and confident in taking on new challenges to achieve objectives
- Strong project management skills, a strong take-charge initiative, and a tenacious appetite to learn.
