We are seeking two highly skilled and creative Lead Product Designers to join our client’s team. As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics and multi-media content for our products and services. Your expertise in design, animation, and multimedia production will help shape the user experience and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content for a wide range of products, including software applications, websites, and mobile apps.
3. Create storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
4. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and brand identity across all products.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the quality and impact of our motion graphics and multimedia content.
6. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and optimize designs.
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics and multimedia content into the final product.
8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and multimedia projects.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition.
6. Solid understanding of motion design principles and techniques, including timing, easing, and storytelling.
7. Experience with 3D modeling, animation, or video editing is a plus.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. A passion for technology and a curiosity to explore new design trends and emerging technologies.
