  • Define research objectives, develop research plans, and establish appropriate methodologies to uncover user insights and validate product concepts.
  • Conduct user research studies using various qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, usability testing, ethnographic research, and surveys, tailored to the healthcare context.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations and product enhancements.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to distill complex research data into meaningful insights, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
  • Act as an advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding for end-users' needs.

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in UXR, ideally within healthcare, medical, or consumer technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex healthcare data sets, such as electronic health records, wearables, or health monitoring devices.
  • Experience with usability testing, contextual inquiry, persona development, journey mapping, and other research techniques relevant to healthcare user experience research.
