24 Seven is partnering with a luxury goods retailer to help them find a Luxury Sales Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, salaried plus commission opportunity with benefits, working 5-days onsite at their Portland or Eugene location in Oregon.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who thrives in a retail environment, excels at delivering exceptional service, and has a passion for high-end luxury goods.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Welcome customers to the store and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by offering attentive service, product knowledge, and styling advice.
Sales and Product Expertise:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design features.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive sales techniques.
Closing Sales:
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to close transactions and secure sales.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all sales interactions
Visual Merchandising:
  • Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and according to brand standards.
  • Participate in seasonal and promotional display changes to enhance the store environment and showcase new collections.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stockroom organization to optimize product availability.
Clientele and Follow-up:
  • Proactively reach out to clients regarding new arrivals, promotions, and special events to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or accessories.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in languages relevant to international clientele.
  • Experience in CRM systems
