Sr Manager, DTC Strategy

The DTC Strategy Manager Responsibilities:

  • Analyze consumer behavior, create and maintain key reports, dashboards and analyses
  • Lead daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Extract actionable insights through analyses of customer data.
  • Translate analytical findings into concise and easily consumable outputs to support data driven decision making
  • Help develop ecommerce data strategy, analytics operational framework, business metrics & dashboards to track the success of strategic initiatives and financial performance
  • Help design and evaluate test & learns, setting clear hypotheses and success metrics
  • Investigate changes in traffic/sessions, engagement, emails, retention and click Performance
  • research on competitive landscape across the beauty Industry and digital competencies
  • Maximize business & consumer value for the Kylie and Kim brands



Experience

  • +5 years of experience working as an analytical role, either in consulting, analytics, strategy, business development or a related field
  • Strong excel skills, inclusive of advanced modelling and what-if scenarios
  • Proficiency with PowerBI or other data visualization tools required
  • Experience in data mining and statistical packages such as R/Python preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a direct to consumer business preferred
  • Experience in Adobe platform is highly desired
  • Understanding of Ecommerce, Supply Chain and Consumer Goods metrics
