MUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience leading a marketing team as a direct people manager
Our client, a global tourism & travel company, is looking to hire a Manager of Email & CRM Marketing, to lead a small team and oversee all strategy & analytics for the brand.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing email, SMS, and other lifecycle marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of customer’s shopping behavior, and a passion for delivering results.
Role Overview:
- Supervises marketing team to coordinate campaigns, integrated marketing, and creative services for channel best practices, including copy, design and audience segmentation
- Recommends strategy for A|B tests, and continuously optimizes promotional email templates and CRM campaigns through all owned channels
- Supports the overall CRM campaign and strategy through various channels (email, push, SMS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- HTML experience
- Email marketing program expertise
- Data driven & stellar communication skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the email marketing industry
- Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
